We'll model a realistic budget with you during a short discovery call, and every quote is built to meet enterprise procurement requirements.
Every engagement includes pre-event strategy, custom branding, full equipment and setup, bilingual on-site staff, instant digital sharing, lead capture with GDPR-compliant data collection, a post-event content library, performance reporting, and full insurance and liability coverage. Optional printed keepsakes are available.
Peak corporate season (October through December) typically books 8–12 weeks in advance. Off-peak engagements often work with shorter lead times. For events involving custom branding or fabrication, 10–14 weeks is recommended.
Yes. We deploy across all four Atlantic provinces as standard, with regular work in Moncton, Halifax, Fredericton, Saint John, Charlottetown, and St. John's. Travel outside the region is scoped per engagement.

An experiential activation is an integrated brand experience — combining technology, strategy, custom branding, on-site staff, lead capture, content production, and post-event reporting. We deliver activations, not rentals, even for straightforward corporate events.
